Description

The City of Raleigh is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) firms with expertise in the construction of parks within sites with a history of environmental contamination; urban stream restoration; stormwater treatment; floodplain storage and restoration; pedestrian pathway, boardwalks, and bridges; and native plant landscapes. The site for the proposed Dix Park Rocky Branch Creek and Grove (RBCG) project is the easternmost portion of Dix Park, located in downtown Raleigh near the intersection of South Saunders Street and Western Boulevard. The project is currently in the schematic design (SD) phase. The intent of this RFQ is to contract a CMAR firm to bring the project into advanced design phases following completion of the SD phase.
