REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 

RFP # 24-0493 

TRASH PICKUP AND DISPOSAL 

Proposals will be received by Anne McAllister, Business Officer for “RFP-24-0493 TRASH PICKUP AND DISPOSAL SERVICES” until 3:00 P.M. EST, Thursday, June 20, 2024. 

The Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials for trash pickup and disposal services at various County buildings and facilities. Services shall include 95-gallon carts and/or 2, 4, 6, or 8 yard dumpster options in various locations and quantities that are picked up on a routine basis and hauled to the New Hanover County Landfill located at 5210 us HWY 421N, Wilmington, NC 28401. 

Proposals should be emailed Anne McAllister, Business Officer. Please be sure to include “RFP-24-0493 TRASH PICKUP AND DISPOSAL SERVICES” in the subject line of the email.

New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to make the Award which will be in the best interest of the County.
