Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define the janitorial services requirements for THREE (3) facilities operated by North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Child and Family Well-being (DCFW). The objectives of DCFW are to secure a timely, consistent, and cost-effective janitorial services contract from one contractor. The work covered in these specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for complete janitorial service.
