ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
BY THE CITY OF HAVELOCK, NC,
FOR McCOTTER CANAL BANK STABILIZATION
The City of Havelock will open sealed Bids at 1:00 PM., local time, on July 30th,
2025, in Room 134, at City Hall, located at 1 Governmental Avenue, Havelock, NC
28532 for the following Project:
McCotter Canal Bank Stabilization
This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through the North
Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) Local Assistance for
Stormwater Infrastructure Investments Program (LASII).
Each bidder must show evidence that it is licensed under Chapter 87 of the N.C.
General Statutes.
The Board of Commissioners of the City of Havelock reserves the right to reject any
or all proposals.
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained in electronic form via emailed
