Description

The Town of Bladenboro, NC is currently seeking
proposals/bids from qualified contractors to demolish and
remove a total of five (5) dilapidated commercial
properties located at 111, 113, 115, 117, and 119 W.
Seaboard St. in the downtown area. These buildings are
adjoined and consist of three (3) 1-story and 2 (2) 2-story
buildings. The site contains small amounts of asbestos
containing materials (ACM); an ACM report is available.
The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that
amounts, distances, and all other figures are accurate.
The contractor shall be responsible for traffic control and
disposal of all construction debris in an adequate manner.

Proposals/bids will be accepted until 2:00p.m.,
Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Town of Bladenboro,
P.O. Box 455, 411 Ivey Street, Bladenboro, NC 28320, or
at sharris@bladenboronc.org. Consideration to award a
contract will be made by the Board of Commissioners at
their Regular Meeting on Monday, January 8, 2023 at
6:00p.m. in the Town Hall Commission Chambers located
at 411 Ivey Street, Bladenboro, NC 28320.
