Description

Durham Public Schools (DPS) wishes to issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors to
provide in-person Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT)
services for a three-year term, beginning with the 2025–2026 school year and continuing through the end of the
2027–2028 school year. This RFP is intended to address staffing shortages and ensure that all students with
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) receive timely and legally compliant services in accordance with the
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), North Carolina policies, and local procedures.
