Description

Mecklenburg County, located in the State of North Carolina, is seeking Bids/Proposals from qualified vendors to
provide/perform Public Wi‐Fi Services for Local Parks and identified Recreation Center parking lots.
Award of a Contract will be made to one (1) vendor on a competitive basis following the process, terms and
conditions as described in this Solicitation.
The term of the contract will be for a term of 3 years, with option to renew for a minimum of 2 additional
consecutive one (1) year terms thereafter, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of
the Contract.
Vendors shall provide pricing based on the requirements. The proposed cost shall remain in effect for the
duration of the Contract which includes the initial term 3 years and 2 additional consecutive one (1) year terms.
