Description

The North Carolina Division of Military and Veterans Affairs (NCDMVA) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified entities desiring to perform the requirements of this RFP for all North Carolina State Veteran Homes.  The NC State Veterans Homes are Medicare/Medicaid and VA certified facilities.  The Vendor shall prepare the Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, reconciliation and analysis of all cash receipts/revenues, reconciliation of Medicaid/Medicare/Insurance/PrivatePay/U.S.VA/Commercial charges to applicable Medicaid/Medicare/Insurance/PrivatePay/U.S.VA/Commercial receipts, reimbursement reports, and other analysis, reporting, and accounting and reimbursement functions as requested.  In addition, a Vendor shall coordinate and ensure the transition of services from a prior provider of services. The terms of this contract and the contents of this RFP will require the successful Vendor to provide information to the  DMVA Chief Financial Officer .
