Description

North Carolina A&T State University (University) is embarking on a pivotal project and is actively seeking proposals from qualified vendors/companies for Call Center Services. This project is of utmost importance as it involves providing telephone, chat, text, and limited email support agents/associates to handle incoming calls for the Student Support Services Division. This division is a crucial part of our institution, encompassing various areas such as financial aid, Student Accounts, Admissions, Enrollment Management, Registrar, Academic Advising (known as Center for Academic Excellence), Housing, and Distance Learning. The Call Center's role is to significantly enhance and provide customer service for our students, parents, faculty, staff, and additional stakeholders. We are particularly interested in a tiered business approach that includes clear escalation policies, knowledge management, and data analytics on performance. 

All work must be performed in the United States.
