•	Replace the existing 6” sewer from the back side of the building outside room #142 to the manhole in PVC.
•	Replace the existing 8” sewer main from the manhole towards the kitchen.
•	Install new clean-out within 3’ of where the existing 6” sewer leaves the building.
•	All pipework to be run in compliance with current codes and regulations.
