Description

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), Hazard Mitigation is seeking proposals from qualified Vendor(s) experienced with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (“FEMA”) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), FMA and  BRIC programsto assist NCEM Mitigation with providing technical assistance to potential Sub-Applicants with project sub-application  development,  for  Presidential   Disaster   Declarations   with   an   open application period. Work under this agreement shall be in support of the state and potential sub-applicants to assist sub-applicants with gathering correct and complete information required for project applications and reviews.
