Description

The Town of Fuquay-Varina is seeking bids for the Willow Lakes Parking Lot Project. This project includes the construction of a new asphalt parking lot, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, storm drainage improvements, signage, pavement markings, and related grading and site work.   

All work must adhere to the project specifications, applicable drawings, and the terms and conditions outlined in the contract. Contractors are responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Any work not explicitly identified but required to complete the project shall be incidental to the contract and will not be paid for separately.
