This addendum serves to clarify the project funding source for the Third Street Area Sewer Rehabilitation project. The originally stated funding source in the RFQ was incorrectly listed as Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR). The correct funding sources are a combination of Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and State Reserve Project (SRP) monies.
Please ensure that all references to funding sources in your submissions reflect this correction, as it will be important for compliance and documentation purposes during later stages of the project.
