This project will consist of mechanical upgrades to the first floor of Building SK on the Wake Technical Community College South Campus, including replacement of the terminal units, installation of heating hot water distribution piping, new unit heaters, exhaust fans, ductless mini-split system, roof access ladder, removal of Print Shop louver and motorized damper, new store front repair, new lighting, and ceiling work. Replacement of electric water cooler and lavatory faucets. With associated electrical and control work to support associated mechanical work.
