Description

The Public Health Facility located at 799 Highland Ave, Winston-Salem, NC is in need of a renovation. The goal of the Project is to redevelop the clinics to have a centralized waiting room, more efficient use of examination rooms and staff areas, improved patient privacy, and to provide an experience to our citizens that would mimic facilities at a private practice.  Project shall include validation of the schematic plan developed by Norwood Design, completion of construction documents, and construction administration services to address the project needs.  Project will be completed using the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The selected architectural firm will participate in the selection process for the Construction Manager.
