Description

The Town of Weldon is seeking informal bids for repairs and improvements for two buildings located at 101 and 102 Washington Avenue in Weldon, NC. Project specifications are provided below. All work must meet all applicable building codes. Applicable permits will be the responsibility of the contractor. All measurements are estimates and it is the responsibility of the contractor to verify quantities for informal bids. All work and schedule must be coordinated with Project Manager. See attached building sketches provided for additional reference.
