qualified professionals for Architectural and Engineering Services for a complete building assessment with capital cost estimates for the facility located at 232 N. Edgeworth St, Greensboro, NC 27401. The 5-story, 36,000 sq ft. building was built in 1963 and is owned by Guilford County and occupied by the NC Department of Adult Correction’s offices of Probation and Parole. The goal of this effort is to provide scopes of work and budgetary cost estimates for three potential degrees of renovation.  The building evaluation must be conducted to the necessary level to provide accurate budgetary cost estimates for a future renovation. The scope is to also include the work and budgetary cost estimates for the temporary upfit of 303 N. Raleigh Street to temporarily house the Probation and Parole offices during the renovation of 232 N. Edgeworth St.
