Description

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of existing warehouse space in the Center for Advanced Manufacturing at 6012 W. Gate City Blvd. for the Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education (FAME) First in Flight Chapter. The renovation will include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, data distribution and networking modifications required to replicate a factory/manufacturing environment. Architectural modifications include polished concrete floors, acoustical wall treatments, suspended ceilings, painting, and converting the existing dock doors to storefront windows.
