Description

The University of North Carolina at Wilmington is requesting submissions from qualified development teams for the development and operation of a new hotel located on University-owned property. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify a qualified Firm or Firms with whom the University will enter into a ground lease agreement and related documents for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a 125 to 175 key hotel via a Public-Private-Partnership (“P3”).
