The Project consists of the following items:
• Various Repairs to 39 manholes including:
• Approximately 25 VFT of Cementitious Coating
• Raise 2 manholes up to grade: one in gravel and one near sidewalk
• Injecting & Grouting of joints, holes and pipe connections
• Traffic control and site restoration

A Pre-Bid Meeting (Non-Mandatory) will be held at 9:00 AM on November 16, 2023, at the Twelve Mile
Creek Water Reclamation Facility at 8299 Kensington Drive, Waxhaw, NC 28173.
