Description

Rowan County (“County”) and the City of Salisbury (“City”) have received HOME American Rescue Plan (“HOME-ARP”) funding to support the construction of ten (10) units of permanent supportive housing. For the purposes of this RFP, Rowan County is serving as the lead agency; the County is seeking a qualified firm to provide administrative services to both the County and City to ensure proper compliance with the HOME-ARP program and with all other local, state, and federal regulations.
