Description

The Iredell-Statesville Schools is in the initial planning process to establish a new elementary
school in the southern area of Iredell County, and is seeking proposals from qualified design
professionals. It is anticipated the size of the new school is for 1000 students. I-SS has not
yet determined which delivery method it will utilize, and may choose to utilize design-bid-
build, or construction manager at risk. The selected firm should have significant experience
in the area of school design and construction administration. Any questions regarding this
