Description

The purpose of this IFB is to solicit HVAC preventive maintenance services for Coastal Carolina Community College. The agreement
will be to provide maintenance and services campus wide for its mechanical equipment (water-to-air heat pumps, water-to-water
heat pump, hot water boilers, exhaust fans, and ventilators). Services will include filter changes (6) times throughout the year.
The awarded vendor will be responsible for parts coverage for air cooled condenser coil cleaning and all filters.
