Description

In preparation for interior reconstruction, the work scope involves selective interior demolition of miscellaneous debris, interior architectural finishes, partial HVAC piping and ductwork, plumbing fixtures & piping, electrical system lighting, devices, and wiring, including low voltage, removal of sprinkler system. The electrical scope shall include the installation of temporary lighting to remain as Owners as well as full exterior perimeter construction fencing.  Work will commence on June 23 and be completed on or before September 4, 2025
