Description

On behalf of the Town of Hope Mills, informal bid proposals for the project titled Hope Mills Veterans 
Memorial Parking Lot, 5766 Rockfish Road, Hope Mills, NC 28348 will be received until 4:00 pm. Local 
time on January 11, 2024. Bid proposals should be emailed ONLY to Lamarco M Morrison at 
lmorrison@townofhopemills.com. Proposals should include the Contractor’s license number. 
Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to schedule a site visit with HMPR staff to become familiar with site conditions. All questions shall be in writing via email, no later than close of business on December 4, 2023.
A Digital copy of the civil plan for this project may be obtained beginning December 14, 2023 via email request addressed to Lamarco Morrison, lmorrison@townofhopemills.com.
