The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education (“Board”) is beginning its search for a highly-qualiﬁed candidate for Superintendent of Schools to start work on January 1, 2026, or sooner.  To aid in its search, the Board is issuing a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and seeks the services of an executive search ﬁrm or qualiﬁed individual(s) for a full and comprehensive search and recruitment of a new Superintendent.
