Description

Edgecombe County is seeking the services of a qualified consultant in the on-call services for periodic updates of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and development regulations-related matters. The UDO is the primary source for land use regulations in Edgecombe County's zoning jurisdiction. The updates are expected to be user-friendly, consistent, and will utilize graphic images as needed to visually explain regulations in a user-friendly manner.
