Description

Professional services firm to provide a comprehensive range of services including project management, planning and feasibility, survey, environmental documentation and analysis, design and permitting, community engagement and facilitation, cost estimating; grant research and writing, structural design, geotechnical engineering, transportation planning and engineering, civil engineering, bid coordination and construction administrative services of the 6.5 mile Marsh Creek greenway corridor identified in the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Park System Plan, and Greenway Master Plan. The corridor extends from Crabtree Creek to Spring Forest Road. The City desires to complete this project within 24 months.
