Description

The City of Marion (City) has secured funding from the North Carolina Department of Commerce Rural Transformation to remove construction debris and concrete slabs at the former Drexel Furniture Manufacturing Plant (Drexel) facility located at 70 Blue Ridge Street in Marion, McDowell County, North Carolina (Site).  The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified contractor (Contractor) to partner with the City for the removal of the construction debris and concrete slabs at the Site.
