Description

Edgecombe County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) Program in the amount of $950,000 by the Rural Development Division of the NC Department of Commerce for housing improvements in Edgecombe County.  The County is seeking proposals for Administration and Program Management services to assist the County in management of this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the CDBG-NR Program.  Copies of the detailed request for proposals, including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of responses, and the factors to be used to evaluate the responses, can be obtained by contacting Dervin Spell, Senior Planner.  A response to the request for proposals should be submitted to the Edgecombe County Planning and Inspections Department no later than Wednesday, June 27, 2024 at 10:00 am.  Edgecombe County is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of proposals from minority and women-owned firms, historically underutilized businesses and.  Section 3 business concerns. (Section 3 applies if the contract is over $100,000 for non-construction contracts).
