NUTRITION SERVICES

NEW HANOVER COUNTY SENIOR RESOURCE CENTER

RFP # 24-0470

New Hanover County (NHC) is accepting proposals for the Home Delivered and Congregate Nutrition Program.  The program is currently in operation with meals being prepared in the Senior Resource Center kitchen. 
Proposals are being accepted for “RFP # 24-0470 NUTRITION SERVICES.” The deadline for receipt of Proposals is 2:00 pm EST, Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

Companies wanting to be considered for providing the required Services to the County should submit an electronic Proposal to Lena Butler at: lbutler@nhcgov.com. Proposals must be sent as an attachment to the e-mail (Companies may not provide a link to the document). PDF attachments must be limited to less than 50 MB.  The subject line of the e-mail shall include “RFP # 24-0470 NUTRITION SERVICES.”

Providers may request a pre-proposal tour of the Senior Resource Facility by sending an email to Kelly Morgan, kmorgan@nhcgov.com.  This tour is strictly optional which means it is not required in order to submit a proposal.  Tours must be scheduled no later than Monday, May 13, 2024.

Instructions for submitting proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx.

New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to make the award which will be most advantageous to the County.
