Description

Design a system to replace the current air-cooled chiller system and associated equipment and outline DDC controls with WPCC existing system in the Phifer Hall building on the Western Piedmont Community College main campus. The project will require an assessment of the current system, options for improved service, drawings for the desired solution, develop scope of work and bidding documents, construction monitoring and inspections, any addendums needed, and close out documents and prints. The work should also evaluate a spare pump for chill water and/or advantages of tying into the WPCC current systems or develop a stand along unit.
