Description

Pender County Schools (PCS) invites qualified Design-Build teams to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and construction services for the repurposing of the former Topsail Middle School into the Topsail High Upper and Lower Campus.
This project is intended to support district goals of reducing overcrowding, expanding academic and workforce development programs, eliminating temporary modular classrooms, improving campus safety and circulation, and maximizing the use of existing facilities and infrastructure.
