NC State University’s Continuing and Lifelong Learning (hereafter referred to as “University”) seeks proposals from qualified contractors (hereafter referred to as “Contractor” or “Vendor”)  to provide audio and visual (AV) services (equipment and technical services) for the North Carolina Community College System Conference to be held at the Raleigh Convention Center (RCC), located at 500 South Salisbury Street in Raleigh, North Carolina from the first day of setup on Saturday, October 12, 2024 until removal on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
