Description

The College intends to construct an approximately 9,885 square foot new facility on the main campus in Hamlet, NC.  The facility will house a new automotive technician training program and will consist of classrooms, labs, offices, and general circulation spaces.  Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from ADW Architects Sharefile by calling (704) 379-1919 during normal business hours after March 4, 2025. Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from ADW Architects, Six Coliseum Centre, 2815 Coliseum Centre Drive, Suite 500 Charlotte, NC 28217. Plan Deposit: Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) in cash or certified check written out to ADW Architects. An open, non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Richmond Community College in the Grimsley Health Science Building Room #102 on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM. The preferred alternates will be identified at the pre-bid conference. In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures the following preferred brand items are being considered as Alternates by the Owner for this project:
