Description

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting for  the submittal of qualification statements from experienced Engineering Firms  interested in providing construction administration and contract documentation for Pavement Improvements at Paw Creek 1300 Cathey Rd 28214.  

Proposals can be requested via email to yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us or downloaded from /www.cmsk12.org/operations-overview/operations-support-services beginning October 20, 2025.  Proposals will be due NLT 2PM on November 3, 2025 by mail or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive Charlotte, NC 28208.  Proposals received after this date and time Will be returned unopened.

CMBE reserves the right to reject any and all proposals when such rejection is deemed in the best interest of CMBE.
