Description

Town of Saratoga is accepting competitive proposals for a Design/Build Contract for 
renovation/reconstruction of the Walston/Triangle Building located at the intersection 
of East Main Street (US 264 Alternate) and North Rogers Street, 7904 N. Rogers Street, 
Saratoga, NC 27873 in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set 
forth in the Request for Proposal (“RFP”).  This RFP provides information sufficient for 
bidders to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Town of Saratoga.
