Description
WS/FCS seeks qualified individuals or organizations to provide instructional coaching services to improve teaching practices aligned to the district’s Framework for Learning and Teaching and quest for Deeper Learning and ultimately improving student outcomes. Qualified organizations will have experience with a focus on developing student agency, rigor in assignments, and high quality instructional practices. The goals for .the supplemental support to instructional staff (1) enhance their lesson planning and delivery strategies/skills, (2) increase the use of effective teaching practices, and (3) foster a culture of continuous improvement.
