Description

The City of Elizabeth City is actively seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Contractor to perform work in the nature of tree pruning, mowing, brush and tree removal, and vegetation control along the CHP electric lines for the City of Elizabeth City.  Contractor must be an ISA Certified Arborist or ISA Certified Utility Specialist. Include a copy of the certification with the bid.
