Description

Sealed, hand-delivered proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in the office of Mecklenburg County Asset & Facility Management Department, 3205 Freedom Dr. Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208 for the construction of a DC Fast Charger Project in the parking lot at 3205 Freedom Dr., Charlotte, NC 28208.  A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00pm on Monday November 24 at 3205 Freedom Dr. Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC 28208.   5%Bid, 100% Performance and Payment and Material bonds shall be required for this project.  NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards apply.  Mecklenburg County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
