Description

The Goldsboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (GMPO) is seeking a qualified firm to assist in development of the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) Goldsboro MPO Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenway Plan Updates. The selected firm will review the current Metropolitan Transportation Plan for compliance with state (North Carolina) and federal regulations to include federal performance-based planning and programming and update the 2015 Goldsboro MPO Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenway Plan accordingly.

RFQ requirements will be published on the City website http://www.goldsboronc.gov/finance/bid-listings/. Interested firms shall submit six (6) bound copies of their qualifications to the above address on or before the proposal deadline to be considered. The City takes no responsibility for undeliverable or delayed submittals, and it is fully the vendors responsibility to ensure delivery of their qualifications package before the published deadline.
