Description

NC State University (hereafter referred to as NC State) seeks both information and expressions of interest from qualified firms that provide management services (hereafter referred to as Operators) for lab co-working incubators. This is not a solicitation, request for offer, or an offer; and responding shall not result in a contract award. This is an information gathering process to which a Request for Proposal (RFP) may be issued later with detailed requirements and instructions. Submitting a response or not submitting a response to this RFI will not dictate your involvement in any future RFP. However, this RFI is your opportunity to identify and present industry standards and best practices to assist the university’s efforts in determining the creation of the contemplated lab co-working incubator environment is feasible.
