Description

North Carolina A&T State University, located at 1601 East Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27401, is seeking qualified vendors to provide a complete upgrade of the audio, video, and lighting systems in the Paul Robeson Theatre. This project is a critical investment in the university’s performing arts infrastructure, aiming to enhance the quality of performances, expand technological capabilities, and improve operational efficiency. The upgrades will include transitioning to a digital audio system with integrated stage inputs and production communication, implementing a high-quality video system for streaming and recording, modernizing lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures, and enhancing the lobby display system for dynamic content management. The selected provider will be responsible for the complete installation and integration of all systems, with no equipment substitutions permitted
