Description

Southeastern Community College (hereafter “the College” or “College”) invites bids from licensed North Carolina contractors to furnish all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to upgrade the Cartrette Building and T Building roofs on the main campus.
The purpose of this request is due to significant water leaks during all measures of rainfall. Each building currently has a metal roof and as a cost-effective alternative to roof replacement, this project will consist of applying a waterproof acrylic coating to the metal roof.
The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract.
