Description

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Contract
to provide a complete single-molecule TIRF microscope system with training, installation and support. The system must
contain a microscope, filters, solid state lasers, computer workstation with Slidebook license, environmental chamber,
scanner, camera and other components listed in the specifications portion of this solicitation document. University and
collaborator’s labs include simultaneous live cell single-molecule tracking and require TIRF illumination, FRAP and
photoactivation. This system will be custom-built for our lab’s needs.
