Description

The Town of Huntersville is accepting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from consulting firms to provide professional services to develop a Park Specific Master Plan for the new Ramah Church Park in Huntersville, NC. The Ramah Church Park Land is an undeveloped 25-acre park site located at 13409 Ramah Church Road. This site backs up to the NorthStone subdivision and is located across the street from two other new subdivision that are underway. The concept plan will need to create a placeholder for a new fire station on the site as well. This 25-acre park site is envisioned to be a neighborhood park as it’s located between an existing Regional Park (Bradford Park) and a District Park (North Mecklenburg Park). The intent is to have the Park Master Plan approved by the Huntersville Town Board by February 1, 2025 and begin Construction Documents there after pending construction budget approvals.
