Description

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed Bids will be received by Orange Water and Sewer Authority from Bidders until 10:00 A.M., local time, on FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2025 for CIP No. 275-95, Project: "West Rosemary Street Water Line Replacement" at the OWASA Administrative Offices, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, North Carolina 27510, at which time the Bids received will opened and read aloud. 
Bids will be received for a Unit Price General Construction Contract. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall have valid North Carolina General Contractor's Licenses for the type and value of the work to be performed.
