Description

The City of Raleigh (City) seeks to obtain the services of a qualified firm to provide digital short and medium run printing and large format printing in both black and color on various substrates, bindery, and related mail services to all City departments. City departments are located throughout the City of Raleigh. Firms interested in submitting a Proposal to provide such services are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). A detailed scope of services is provided in Section 4 of this document.
