Description

Bids for the work as described herein, and subject to the conditions made a part hereof, will be received via postal mail or hand delivery, until 10 A.M. on the day of Bid Opening. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at Financial Services Conference Room, 475 Corporate Square Drive, Winston Salem, NC 27105 on November 14, 2023.
Attendance is mandatory for the Zones for which a bid is to be submitted. The Pre-bid meetings will be conducted in accordance with the following schedule:
