Description

The Town of Wrightsville Beach is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified
engineering firms for professional design services related to the replacement and reinforcement of
multiple street end headwalls throughout the Town.
This project seeks to ensure consistent engineering design, long‐term maintenance efficiency, and
regulatory compliance across multiple locations. The selected firm will be responsible for engineering
design, permitting, and construction documentation for eight (8) additional headwalls identified in the
Town‐Wide Headwall Assessment Report (April 2024).
